Revitalizing a Long-Standing Community Space
As part of a scheduled 2025–2026 beautification initiative, we were awarded a community improvement project for a long-standing landscape maintenance client in Clayton, GA. The goal was to bring new life to an outdated common area while aligning with the property’s broader improvement plan. Our construction team managed the entire scope, including design, removal of existing materials, and complete installation of the upgraded landscape.
Design, Removal & Site Preparation
The project began with a full tear-out of aging plant material and landscape components that no longer met the visual and functional goals of the property. Approximately 20 yards of green waste were removed and properly disposed of off site to clear the area for redevelopment. With a clean foundation established, we prepared the site with new topsoil to support long-term plant health and proper grading.
Installation of Mature Plant Material & Finishing Details
To create an immediate visual impact, large plant materials were carefully sourced and installed, giving the landscape a mature and established appearance from day one. Rather than relying on small shrubs that require years to fill in, this approach ensured the space felt complete and cohesive upon completion. New plantings and mulch were added to tie the design together and enhance overall curb appeal. Additional enhancements for this property are already planned for Fall 2026 as part of the continued improvement strategy.
